Have you ever been in troubles to take important decisions?. All day, every day, everywhere, everybody have to take decisions of different natures. Can be those that may direct you to the same result, such as choosing which subway's turnstile use to get in, decisions who could have minimal impact, but work around little details, just like choosing a lined notebook or one with squares. For some people this is insignificant but both kinds of notebooks generate good or bad performance, depending of profits. A higher difficulty step is selecting our clothing, principally if is for work or an important chance because we have to look for the best possible presentation, this really can influence in conditions like salary o working position. I thing that when we are young is probably harder to make decisions because we do not have enough experience to select the best option always, in fact we might never get it. Three years ago I took probably the hardest and most important decision I've ever taken in my short life. That's right...Choosing a major and a university. All my life I have been an impassioned of visual art and graphic design, I had thought about graphic design always, I studied a technical major in graphic design, I was fully convenced about what and where I wanted to study a major. Where? At "Universidad Anahuac" because my mother has worked there since I can remember, and she some times told me stories about successful graduates, and the chance to get a great scholar ship. All my life at the same time of graphic design I had gone to music classes, until get enough knowledge to play in a Rock or Jazz band. But I always understood it as a hobby or as an additional activity. But it changed the day when a music college called "Fermatta" offered me a scholar ship with the same percentage than "Anahuac". Until that moment I considered the possibility , just there started the confusion about what study. I took the homework to put hand to hand both opportunities and investigate more about them. It was really hard to me because I discovered that I really prefer musician's life, however I couldn't let design and the college of my dreams out of my life. Talked with many people allowed me understand that I had had a part of musician life and that I could get successful with out study music as a major, therefore studying design was a great chance to combine my two favorite passions. How? Designing for things that relate with music. Currently I'm still studying design and doing music, I have started working as a graphic designer for musicians, It has been an amazing experience and It has allowed me to get new and different experiences in both aspects. After all It was not so hard. Only was necessary look forward the middle point. I really learned so much about this experience. But has it happened to you? What would you do? Did I take the right decision?
